The Redefine 50 Way

I ask for a minimum three month commitment, and my program includes:

 

Three private sessions per month (we meet in person, by phone or via Skype or Zoom); unlimited email support, Private Facebook group and the Redefine 50 Workbook.

Based on an initial assessment your teachings may include:

  • Steps to change the effects of stress on your body
  • Guided adrenal healing yoga practice
  • Connecting to the energetic body via the chakra system
  • Short (10-15 mins) yoga practices to incorporate 2-4x week
  • Working with injuries or specific needs
  • Creating your bedtime routine/ritual
  • Yin Yoga practice for better rest
  • Daily yoga practice to help change sleep patterns
  • Evening yoga practice for better sleep
