The Redefine 50 Way
I ask for a minimum three month commitment, and my program includes:
Three private sessions per month (we meet in person, by phone or via Skype or Zoom); unlimited email support, Private Facebook group and the Redefine 50 Workbook.
Based on an initial assessment your teachings may include:
- Steps to change the effects of stress on your body
- Guided adrenal healing yoga practice
- Connecting to the energetic body via the chakra system
- Short (10-15 mins) yoga practices to incorporate 2-4x week
- Working with injuries or specific needs
- Creating your bedtime routine/ritual
- Yin Yoga practice for better rest
- Daily yoga practice to help change sleep patterns
- Evening yoga practice for better sleep
